# **Terms & Conditions for Biometric Installation Service**

### **1. Service Scope**
1.1 Our service includes mounting, configuration, user enrollment, network integration, and a basic demonstration of the biometric attendance machine.
1.2 Additional customization, software integration, or extended training may be chargeable.
1.3 The customer must ensure power and network availability at the installation site.
– Note – Currently We are working only Urban Area Pin-cods Within Vidarbha, MP, CG

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Customers must provide complete and accurate details during the online booking.
2.2 Payment must be made as per the agreed terms before or upon installation.
2.3 Any additional charges for extra services will be communicated in advance.

### **3. Cancellation & Rescheduling**
– **Free rescheduling** is allowed up to **24-48 hours before the appointment**.
– Cancellations made **less than 12 hours** before the scheduled time may incur a **cancellation fee of ₹500**.
– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within **5-7 business days**.

### **4. Warranty & Support**
– Installation service comes with a **7-day workmanship warranty**.
