# **Terms & Conditions for CCTV Installation Service**

### **1. Service Scope**
– Our CCTV installation service includes **mounting, wiring, DVR/NVR setup, and basic configuration**.
– Additional services such as **extra cabling, conduit fitting, or advanced network setup** may be chargeable.
– Customers must provide all necessary **power supply, internet access, and permissions** for installation.
– Note – Currently We are working only Urban Area Pin-cods Within Vidarbha, MP, CG

### **2. Booking & Payment**
– Customers must book installation **at least 24 hours in advance**.
– Payments can be made **online (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card) or Cash on Installation**.
– The final installation price is calculated based on the **selected options during booking**.

### **3. Cancellation & Rescheduling**
– **Free rescheduling** is allowed up to **12 hours before the appointment**.
– Cancellations made **less than 12 hours** before the scheduled time may incur a **cancellation fee of ₹500**.
– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within **5-7 business days**.

### **4. Warranty & Support**
– Installation service comes with a **7-day workmanship warranty**.
– Any issues due to **improper installation by our team** will be fixed **free of charge**.
– We are not responsible for issues arising due to **customer’s power failure, internet issues, or hardware defects**.

### **5. Customer Responsibilities**
– Customers must ensure **safe access to the installation site**.
– Any **civil work, drilling permissions, or additional accessories** (e.g., poles, stands) must be arranged by the customer.

– We take utmost care during installation, but we are **not liable for any damage** to existing infrastructure (e.g., walls, ceilings) during standard installation procedures.
– Our team follows **safety protocols** but is not responsible for issues caused due to **external factors like weather, vandalism, or power surges**.

– Service availability depends on **technician availability in your area**.
– In case of unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, technician unavailability), we may **reschedule the appointment** with prior notice.
